People paid for nice holidays on river boats. The company is called TUI. But something went very wrong. The air conditioning did not work. It was very hot inside the boats. The people were not happy.

The passengers said it was too hot on the boats. The air conditioning was broken. They could not cool down. People felt sick from the heat. They paid a lot of money for this trip. They did not expect this problem.

Other Problems

The heat was not the only problem. Some toilets did not work. This made things worse for the passengers. A nice holiday became a bad one. People wanted to go home early.
