What is Voice Cloning?
Voice cloning is technology that copies how a person sounds. Computer programs can learn your voice from recordings. Then they can make new words sound like you said them. You did not actually say these words, but your voice sounds like you did.
Why Are Actors Worried?
Actors are concerned about their work. Someone could use their voice without permission. A company could copy an actor's voice and use it in movies or ads. The actor would not get paid for this work. This is not fair to the actor.
