OpenAI is a company that makes artificial intelligence, or AI. A top scientist at OpenAI recently said something important. He said that nobody is ready for what AI will do in the future. This warning came when the company released a new AI product called GPT-6 Astra. The company says this is their strongest AI ever made.

What Is GPT-6 Astra?

GPT-6 Astra is a new AI system that can do many things. It can answer questions, write text, and help with problems. Each new version is stronger and smarter than the old one. GPT-6 Astra is much more powerful than earlier versions. It can understand more complex ideas and give better answers.

Why Is the Scientist Worried?

The scientist's warning is about the future effects of AI. He thinks AI will change society in big ways. Some changes might be good. But some changes might cause problems. He believes most people and governments do not understand these risks yet. They are not prepared to handle what AI can do.

What Could Go Wrong?

AI could affect how people work. Some jobs might change or disappear. AI could change how we talk to each other. It could also spread false information very quickly. We need to think about these risks before they happen. The scientist wants people to talk more about AI safety now.

What Should We Do?

Many experts agree we need to plan for AI's future. Companies should think about safety. Governments should make rules about AI use. Schools should teach people about AI. People need to learn how AI works and what it can do. The scientist thinks we must act now, not later.
