A Show Stops
Married at First Sight UK is a television show. People meet and get married on the show. Now the show has ended. Channel 4 stopped making new episodes. Three women said bad things happened to them on the show. They told their stories to journalists. After that, the channel decided to cancel it.
Why People Were Happy
Some cast members felt relief when the show ended. One woman said she was very happy no one else would be hurt. Another woman cried happy tears. She said it took too long to make this choice. Some people who were on the show wanted more answers. They said the channel should have stopped the show much earlier.
Different Feelings
Not everyone was sad about the ending. Some cast members had good memories of the show. They made friends and got new jobs because of it. But many people wanted the channel to do more. They said the people who made the show need to explain what went wrong. The cast members asked for real change, not just cancelling the show.
