Application Data & Notice of Employment Rights
Applies to the Tutor & Mentor Network and Fractional Executive Network application forms. Last updated 2026.
How we use your application data
When you apply to the Tutor & Mentor Network or the Fractional Executive Network, Kerr University™ collects the information you submit, including your name, contact details, area of expertise, location, resume, and any answers you provide in the application form.
We use this information to:
- Review your application and assess fit for our educator or executive networks
- Contact you about the status of your application or to schedule a conversation
- Save your answers and resume so that, if you apply again in the future, the form can be pre-filled and the process is faster for you
- Improve how we describe open roles and how we match applicants to the opportunities most relevant to their background
Your application data is stored outside our public website files and is not publicly accessible. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties except the limited service providers (such as email delivery) required to operate the application process itself.
If you opted in to the new-positions list, we will also use your email to let you know when new teaching, mentoring, or executive opportunities are posted, before they are advertised more broadly. You can unsubscribe from this list at any time using the link in any email we send, or by contacting us directly.
You may ask us to delete your application data at any time by emailing info@KerrUniversity.com. See our full Privacy Policy for how we handle personal information more broadly.
Notice of employment rights
Kerr University™'s Tutor & Mentor Network and Fractional Executive Network are invitation-only professional networks, not open employment positions. Submitting an application does not create an employment relationship, guarantee an interview, or guarantee any work, and does not obligate Kerr University™ to respond to every applicant individually.
Where an invitation is extended, the specific terms of that engagement, including scope, rate, and whether it is structured as independent contractor work, will be discussed directly with the applicant before any work begins. Kerr University™ evaluates applicants based on demonstrated expertise and relevant experience; a specific academic degree is not a requirement where genuine, demonstrated expertise in the subject area can be shown.
Kerr University™ does not discriminate against applicants on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or any other status protected by applicable law. If you believe you have experienced discrimination in connection with an application, please contact info@KerrUniversity.com.
