1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using kerruniversity.com and its services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Kerr University™ provides online tutoring, mentoring, coaching, and business English instruction delivered by Digby R. Kerr and authorized instructors. Services are delivered via video call (Google Meet, Zoom, WhatsApp Video, or similar platforms) and messaging.

3. Enrollment and Payment

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By enrolling in a plan, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees. Monthly plans are billed on a recurring basis until cancelled. One-time and multi-month plans are billed in full at purchase.

4. Free Introductory Session

New students may book one complimentary 30-minute introductory session at no charge. This offer is available once per person. Repeated bookings of the free session without enrollment may be declined at our discretion.

5. Money-Back Guarantee

All paid plans are backed by a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your first session within the first 7 days of your plan, contact us at info@KerrUniversity.com and we will issue a full refund. No questions asked. Refund requests made after 7 days are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

6. Cancellation Policy

Monthly plans may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Sessions may be rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be counted as used.

7. Student Conduct

Students agree to attend sessions prepared and on time, treat instructors and staff respectfully, not record sessions without written permission, and use all materials provided for personal educational purposes only.

8. Intellectual Property

All course materials, documents, frameworks, and content provided by Kerr University™ are the intellectual property of Digby R. Kerr and Kerr University™. They may not be reproduced, distributed, or resold without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Kerr University™ provides education and mentoring services in good faith. We do not guarantee specific career outcomes, salary increases, promotions, or business results. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in question.

10. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
