How are sessions conducted?

All sessions are conducted live online via video call — typically Google Meet, Zoom, or WhatsApp video, whichever is most convenient for you. Sessions are 60 minutes for paid plans. The free intro class is 30 minutes.

What timezone do the sessions run in?

The booking scheduler automatically detects your timezone and shows available slots in your local time. Digby works with students across every major timezone — from Tokyo to São Paulo to London.

How far in advance do I need to book?

You can typically book sessions 24 to 72 hours in advance. The scheduling calendar shows all available slots in real time. Monthly and annual subscribers receive priority scheduling.

What happens between sessions?

All paid plans include unlimited WhatsApp messaging. You can ask questions, share work for feedback, or get quick advice between sessions. Digby is genuinely accessible — not just available during scheduled hours.

Can I reschedule or cancel a session?

Yes. Please provide at least 24 hours notice for rescheduling. Sessions rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice may be counted as used. Please reach out via WhatsApp or email and we will always do our best to accommodate you.

Accounts

Bookings & Sessions

Sessions are scheduled via our booking calendar. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel a session. Repeated no-shows may result in suspension of booking privileges.

Payments & Subscriptions

Course access, subscriptions, and coaching packages are billed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can manage or cancel your subscription from your account or by contacting info@KerrUniversity.com.

Refunds

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, fees for completed sessions and accessed course content are non-refundable. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we will review your request.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to share your account credentials, redistribute course materials, or use the Services for any unlawful purpose.
