Kerr University Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We're here to work with you. If you can't make a class, just reschedule it. There's no fee and no hassle. Please give as much notice as you can, ideally the day before, or at least a couple of hours ahead. You can cancel or reschedule right up to your class time.
Making up missed classes: a missed class should be rebooked within the next week. For example, if you miss your week-one class, take two classes in week two. Make-ups don't pile up beyond that, so please book them promptly.
Unused classes: classes are part of your monthly plan and aren't refundable. If life gets in the way, unused classes can carry over to the next month, one time. Real progress comes from showing up consistently, and that's the only reason for these limits.
Exceptions: if something serious happens, just talk to us. We'll always work with you.
